Competing at such a high level provided me with invaluable experiences and nurtured my deep understanding of physical fitness.

Ever since I was 7 years old, dancing has been a significant part of my life. I immersed myself in the world of dance, specializing in contemporary dance, Zumba, and hip hop. The rhythm and creativity of dance have always fascinated me, and I continue to develop my skills and explore new styles. My goal is to inspire and empower you through the joy of movement, making fitness an exciting and fulfilling experience.
In addition to my love for dance, I also have a strong foundation in sports. As a professional basketball player, I dedicated 6 years to honing my athletic abilities.
